gate width?

when setting up gates, how wide are they ( in inches pls) what is minimum. all i know is that when it comes to gates, the red marker is on the right. how many gates do you guys run in a section? im looking to do a foff comp here in a month or two. nothing super strict, just for fun. but id like to have some small guidelines. when you hit gates is there time added to your score, like 10 secs per hit gate? pls help

We dont have a maximum nor minimum gate width. We decide the gate width ourselves which gives us more possibilities to create an awesome stage.

One stage includes 6 gates.

Gates:

1. 0 points (Start)
2. 100 points
3. 150 points
4. 200 points
5. 250 points
6. 350 points (Finish)

One gate marker is -20 points. Gate markers will die after they have been passed (or touched).

so its points based not time based? one gate = X points and the one with the most points win? but what if everyone clears all the gates?

Then you've made too easy courses  But that's is the way it goes. 5 stages and one time based speed stage.

And reverse is -50 points, but speedstage you can reverse without costs.
Speedstages the fastest car wins and get 350point (if the drive is clear)
next takes points then 1 secund is -10 points, 2 secund = -20 etc...
0,1sec = -1 point.
