Are there any rules for the vehicles building and racing the most popular racing class?

What are the rules for building an Unlimited and Modified RC FoFF?

Wheelbase?
Width?
Max tyre/tire size?
Batteries?
Motors?
Nitro Engine?

Max tyre/tire size? diameter 6-14cm
Batteries? no limit
Motors? no limit
Nitro Engine? allowed
axles: 2 max

34cm max is a short wheelbase

Those are for Modified 1/10 class.

DIG is a device that locks either front or back axle, or leaves it un-driven, it is used in crawlers, and i dont think you'd have to worry about it.
(Is nitro engine allowed in Finland? i didn't know that...)

So I need differentials on the front, rear and centre.

I almost made my car with locked differentials like crawlers

There's nothing wrong with that. Almost everyone has locked axles.
