One good brushless motor is enough. You have no use for two. Make it ready before 13.6. Me and Slidslide are coming to Stjaer!  8)

Looks good. Hopefully we'll have a nice comp in Stjaer :).

Ooh the Danish champ is still on ??
I thought it was cancelled  :o

Or is it just to show what R/C Foff can do ?

there is a MMM 2200Kv on top of my wish list
with two 3s LiPo´s
And a new LiPo charger

But I need to build the car first  ;D

RC Foff WC's are still in Finland, but me and Slid are coming to drive some show races. During 1/1 races break, we compete in three stages. Saturday and Sunday. In september we are also coming to Sweden. We only need a confirm to lift.

Thank´s
Here is a few more photos

The WB is 45cm
And the body is just for fun
(http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z198/SnoopMaxx/3906%20opgrade/HPIM2558.jpg)

I spent all evening today mounting my new motors and the receiver box
I had to rewire the ESC to make everything fit inside

And then I realized that I made the shaft too short
so now I need to make a new extended shaft

I was outside testing with front wheel drive when it flipped and I busted the e-clips in a front shock
tried to drive any way and both screws on the pinions loosen´d
and chewed the spur to pieces  :o
luckily I got a 54T Mod 1 steel spur  ;D

Looks promising. Love the width of the chassis. Real killer width ;).
Reminds me of my EP build. I wanted make the bottom plate as narrow as possible.

Thank´s guys
and ZT your welcome  :D

It´s not quite finised yet
It took me 5½ hours to weld this one

But I spend 2½ weeks recerching and drawing
before I started cutting and welding

I think with a little more time and more tubing this thing is gonna look okay

What do you think ?

Ooh can you see witch foff my Wraath is based on ?

I got my 775 Titan motor today along with a couple of pinions and a bunch of different springs  ;D
Title: Vs: The Wraath
Post by: SnoopMaxx on 25 May, 2009, 09:14:29

Here's my E-Maxx with the 775 motor
Loads of torque but a little slower ;)
I use a 15T/52T gearing in this video

E-Maxx 3906 with Titan 775 (http://"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFeNaniz0NY")

I will test it with a 17T pinion later today :)

The Shock tower is starting to bend with just the 2 shocks
(http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z198/SnoopMaxx/3906%20opgrade/HPIM2654.jpg)

I modified my beadlock wheels with counter sunk TX wood screws in stead of hex screws
They are much easier to work with

I changed the pinion to a 17T

I will test with paddle tires next :)

I went out and did a lot of jumping
It looked so cool and ended with a broken rear shock and non responsive steering

As you saw last weekend, you need to lengthen your car. The electronics you showed me was fine.
I'm also using china stuff. Doesn't last very long but the time (read: one season max) you need those are fine.

Maybe some last longer than other but my fist rule (tajuaakohan nyrkkisäännön ;D) is to change batteries every season.
In that way you can always be sure that batteries aren't the weakest stuff in your car.
I've used some small batteries and those have been great. Bigger ones haven't made any impact.
