There shouldn't be any need for translation as this forum software has multi-language support built-in. It just requires English language pack to be installed.

Hi, here is a little better information on how to register, and change your text. 

Register -

Valitse käyttäjätunnus: = Choose username:
Sähköposti: = E-Mail: Checkbox "Piilota sähköpostiosoite muilta." means "hide E-mail address"   
Valitse salasana: = Choose password: (Must be 8 characters long)
Vahvista salasana: = Confirm password:
Kuvallinen varmistus: = Write down the letters which are in the picture:

Hyväksyn = Agree or Accept

"Rekisteröidy" button = Register

Then admistator will send you a confirm link which you'll press. The you go to profiili and in there on the left perusasetukset and from there Käytettävä kielipaketti: English or other
You need to put your password in the box marked "Nykyinen salasana: " and press the button "Muuta profiilia" to save the changes
